We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Director with vast experience in the world of Defense and HLS. 

 

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across global markets in the HLS/Defense/Multidisciplinary Poducts industries, including drones
  • Find, sign and manage channels and partners in your territor
  • Manage relationships with key clients in international markets and maintain a strong sale pipeline
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior in global markets to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management



 

Requirements

The ideal candidates should have:

  • At least 7 years of experience at HLS/Defense Products Industry - must
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior in international markets
  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
