We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Director with vast experience in the world of Defense and HLS. 

In this role, you will:

·        Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across global markets in the HLS/Defense/Multidisciplinary Products industries, including drones

·        Find, sign and manage channels and partners in your territory.

·         Manage relationships with key clients in international markets and maintain a strong sale pipeline

·        Analyze market trends and customer behavior in global markets to identify new sales opportunities.

·        Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.

·        Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.


The ideal candidates should have:

·        Work experience at HLS/Defence Products industries

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·        Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior in international markets

·        Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

·        Willingness to travel up to 50%
