We are looking for an NPI and Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operational and engineering activity, including NPI.
Activities within the Operations & Hardware department.
In this role, you'll assist with inventory processes in SAP, follow up on purchase orders, and support import/export logistics, including customs clearance and documentation.
You’ll create part numbers, review BOMs, implement ECOs and MCOs, and track deviations and RMAs.
On the quality side, you’ll help review incoming materials, document final product quality before delivery, and participate in MRB processes.
The role requires hands-on work with SAP, Excel reporting, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across functions under tight deadlines.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
Proven experience in Supply Chain Management:
- Receiving to stock using SAP.
- Purchase order follow-up Infront of suppliers.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and experience with customs clearance procedures.
- Familiarity with international trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Experience in import-export operations logistics.
Proven experience in Engineering activity:
- Creation of p/n.
- Understand BOM structure reading.
- Follow ECO & MCO with the affecting actions to material.
- Support RMA activities, in front of suppliers
- Follow Deviation with the affecting actions to material
Proven experience in Quality assurance:
- Review of incoming material that matches specifications
- Document finish good quality before delivery.
- Participate in MRB and support actions towards suppliers.
- Working in SAP – advantage.
- Partial engineer degree in Industrial management or Electronics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing documentation.
- Ability to generate reports using Excel.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset to identify and resolve problems or inefficiencies in import-export operations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
