About The Position
Sentrycs is developing and bringing to market a technology-leading counter-drone solution designed to protect urban environments. Our platform automatically detects tracks, takes over, and safely lands unauthorized commercial drones in a designated zone.
As a Strategic Analyst at our company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction and success by conducting in-depth analyses of market trends, competitors, and potential strategic partnerships.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market analysis, and the ability to create actionable insights for the leadership team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining competitor battle cards, identifying potential new customers, and contributing to the overall strategic planning process.
In this role, you will be involved in several domains:
Strategy Development:
Work closely with the leadership team to develop and refine the company's overall strategic plan.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners and alliances that align with the company's goals.
Conduct due diligence on potential partners, assessing their capabilities, reputation, and compatibility with our business objectives.
Collaborate with the business development team to negotiate and execute strategic partnerships.
Market Analysis:
Perform thorough market research to understand current and future industry trends.
Analyze market opportunities and threats, providing insights to guide product development and positioning.
Monitor and report on key market indicators, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Competitor Battle Cards:
Develop and maintain detailed competitor battle cards, providing a comprehensive understanding of competitor strengths, weaknesses, and strategic initiatives.
Regularly update battle cards to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for the sales and marketing teams.
Potential New Customers:
Identify and analyze potential new customers and market segments for the company's products and services.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted strategies for customer acquisition.
Provide insights on customer needs and preferences to guide product development efforts.
Requirements
The Ideal candidate should have:
- 3-4 years of experience as an analyst with experience in tender analysis, market research, partner analysis, decision-making support and practical insights.
- Proven experience in Deep-web search, Webint, Osint and other intelligence-collecting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with the CUAS industry, unmanned systems, or defense technology is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field.
