We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of presale to join our great and highly skilled team.
What will you do?
- Managing the pre-sale team and daily activities
- Making sure we have the right process to demo the Sentrycs system
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s
- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
Requirements
- 5 years of experience leading a team of presales engine
- Prior experience within presales of at least 5 years
- Native English speaker – Must (other languages are an advantage)
- Experience in the defense market
- Good technical skills
- Experience in flying drones is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills - Must
- Strong presentation and skills - Must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders – Must
- Experience working with global customers.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
