We are seeking a talented QA Automation Engineer to join our QA team.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test using industry-standard tools and frameworks
  • Track and analyze automated test results, identifying failures, trends, and areas for improvement
  • Continuously improve existing automation tests and framework to enhance reliability, performance, and maintainability
  • Work with development and QA teams to diagnose issues uncovered during testing and suggest corrective actions
  • Generate detailed test reports and dashboards to communicate test coverage, results, and key quality metrics to stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with software developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 3 years proven experience in test automation development, including the use of automation tools
  • Strong OOP programming skills in languages such as Python, Java
  • Experience with Automation Frameworks: Pytest, Unitest or similar
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), well organized, high attention for details, flexible, resourceful, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, quick intellect, natural curiosity, mentoring and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with QA Methodologies
