We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Account Manager (at least 5 years of relevant experience) to join our small and highly skilled team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer success in a high-tech environment and must have the passion to learn new technologies and willing to work in dynamic and stressful environment that combine work in the field and in customer’s sites.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

·      Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and objectives, and proactively work to address them through our solutions.

·      Customer Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, providing comprehensive training on our counter-drone solutions. Ensure clients are equipped to fully utilize our technology and derive maximum value from it.

·      Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze customers usage and performance data. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of our solutions and drive continuous improvement.

·      Feedback Loop: Collect and relay customer feedback to our product development and engineering teams. Advocate for customer needs and help shape the future direction of our technology based on real-world usage and feedback.

·      Renewals & Upselling: Drive contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling additional features or services. Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions and growth opportunities.

·      Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions. Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and key metrics.

·      A willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events up to 30%.

 


Requirements

The ideal Customer Success Account manager who we are looking for should have

·      Experience: At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the defense sector.

·      Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of integrated multidisciplinary technology solutions, with the ability to quickly grasp and explain complex technical concepts. Experience with counter-drone technologies is a plus.

·      Willingness to work in a dynamic environment that requires fieldwork and customer site visits.

·      Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers at all levels. Strong presentation skills are also required.

·      Problem-Solving: Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a proven ability to address and resolve client issues effectively.

·      Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and product development.

·      Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

·      Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Technology) is preferred.


Nice to have:

·      Experience in the defense or security industry.

·      Knowledge of drone technology and related regulations.

·      Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

·      Multilingual skills to support a diverse customer base.

·      Previous experience in a startup environment.
