We are looking for a ROCKSTAR to join our HR team.

In this role, you will manage several domains:

Office Management:

  • Oversee the office's day-to-day operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support a productive work environment.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Sitting at the reception desk and welcoming our guests.

Employee Experience and Welfare:

  • Develop, organize, and manage the EEX plan to ensure alignment with the organizational goals.
  • Planning and production of the company's social events- happy hours, holidays, trips, and more.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Proven ability to design and execute programs that improve employee experience, such as onboarding processes, employee recognition, and wellness initiatives.

HR Operations:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Manage the benefits administration and employee record management.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.


The ideal candidate should have:

  • Between 5-7 years of experience in HR & office management roles.
  • Excellent organization, time management, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, multitasking, follow-up, and “close the loop” abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, Self-motivated, Fast thinking & result-oriented.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in collaborating with supply vendors, including handling purchases, invoices, and price offers.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew.
  • B.A. in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Since we need our EEX & Office Partner to manage the office and welfare on a daily basis, this position is not hybrid and takes place from the company's offices.
