We are seeking a talented and experienced DSP Group Manager to join our small and highly skilled team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Digital Signal Processing, Modem development, Matlab, C++, Algorithms and must have the passion to lead research and development of real time software DSP library which is our system core.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the research and development of new modem capabilities.
- Manage a team of talented and experienced engineers
- Hands-on coding
- Be part of the R&D management team
- You will be expected to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, should be a people person, have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as strong profiling skills.
Requirements
The ideal DSP Group Manager who we are looking for should have
- Experienced (and love) DSP software development of 7+ years
- At least two positions as a TL or other managerial role
- Experienced with Matlab, C++, and Linux systems
- Experience with independent library development
- Strong technical knowledge and passion for learning more
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with IPP library usage
