As the VP of Product of Sentrycs, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of our product strategy. You will be responsible for driving innovation, defining product roadmaps, and ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge solutions to address the evolving threats posed by unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) in the cybersecurity landscape.



  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals. Identify market opportunities, define product positioning, and prioritize feature development based on customer needs and competitive analysis.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a clear product roadmap that outlines the evolution of our product offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to align on priorities and timelines.
  • Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of features and enhancements. Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze user data to gain insights into customer needs and preferences. Leverage these insights to drive product improvements and enhancements that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, providing regular updates on product development progress, roadmap updates, and strategic initiatives. Communicate product vision, strategy, and value proposition effectively across the organization.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to empower team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape related to cyber CUAS solutions. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase our products and thought leadership.


  • Proven experience in product executive management or related high managerial roles, with a track record of successfully launching and managing complex technology products.
  • A deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies or the HLS domain, a big advantage in counter-unmanned aircraft systems (CUAS).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making, able to prioritize competing demands and drive results in a fast-paced startup environment.
