We are seeking an experienced Старший продакт-менеджер to join Sentrycs’ Product Team. In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of mission-critical products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions for complex operational environments, including defense, aerospace, and UAS systems. 

 

Основні обов'язки 

  • Стратегія продукту: Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities. 
  • Roadmap Ownership: Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams. 
  • Розробка продукту: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating customer and operational requirements into clear product specifications and successful releases. 
  • Залучення клієнтів: Act as the voice of the customer, incorporating feedback, market insights, and operational use cases into product decisions. 
  • Go-to-Market: Support product launches with clear positioning, messaging, and sales enablement in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. 
  • Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement. 

Вимоги

  • 3+ years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on technology products and platforms. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and delivering customer value.
  • Experience working in the defence, aerospace, or Networking is a strong plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
