Sentrycs is seeking a talented leader to join our R&D organization to lead the program management team.

Responsabilidades:

• Lead the company programs execution and manage the project managers team.
• Lead the end-to-end project management process, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Own project execution end to end. Work with large scale R&D teams – combination of Agile, quick releases processes, with long term large projects with pre-defined aggressive timeline and scope.
•  Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Project management expert – setting up project’s roadmap, managing scope, backlog and timeline, tracking key milestones, managing KPIs , key dependencies etc.
• Orchestrate multiple development teams across multiple activities
• Facilitate the PI Planning
• Manage the solution kanban and work the break down to the dev teams
• Own and manage a program of features, scoping requirements, planning milestones of software product developments.
• Design, create and deliver large scale technical programs in collaboration with cross company teams.
• Collaborate and ensure alignment with key stakeholders and executives to manage milestones and schedules while maintaining project deliverables.
• Develop and drive repeatable processes, recommend tools while streamlining existing processes.
• Partner with product managers and engineering leaders to drive and align the roadmap, execution, communication through program alignment and repeatable process.
