Ieškome patyrusio Vyresnysis produktų vadybininkas to join Sentrycs’ Product Team. In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of mission-critical products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions for complex operational environments, including defense, aerospace, and UAS systems.
Pagrindinės pareigos
- Produkto strategija: Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Nuosavybės planas: Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
- Produkto kūrimas: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating customer and operational requirements into clear product specifications and successful releases.
- Klientų įsitraukimas: Act as the voice of the customer, incorporating feedback, market insights, and operational use cases into product decisions.
- Ėjimas į rinką: Support product launches with clear positioning, messaging, and sales enablement in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Veiklos stebėjimas: Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement.
Reikalavimai
- 3+ years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on technology products and platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and delivering customer value.
- Patirtis dirbant defence, aerospace, or Networking is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
