Sentrycs is seeking a talented leader to join our R&D organization to lead the company products quality.
Atsakomybė:
- Lead the quality organization in the company: in Scrum testing team, Regression team, Automation team, multiple testing sites (Israel, EU, US), Labs, Equipment.
- Take full ownership on the product delivery quality – from in-Scrum Software features development, through system regression and new HW capabilities validation, all the way to happy customer at the end.
- Own the quality strategy, planning and execution end to end.
- Work closely with the R&D leaders, customer success and product teams, at high scale agile environment.
- Take part of the R&D leadership team
- o jump from high level strategy to detailed feature test plan review – SW and HW.
Reikalavimai
- 10 years quality organizations leadership, managing managers, including remote teams, team mentoring and scale capabilities.
- Proven success in releasing high quality multidisciplinary products that combine SW and HW at high volume.
- Data driven, automation first quality approach
- Remote testing sites management experience
- Proven success in define and execute testing methodology – with ability t
