We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Director with vast experience in the world of Defense and HLS. 

 

Key responsibilities:

Revenue Ownership

  • Own and deliver annual regional revenue targets
  • Build and maintain 3–4x qualified pipeline coverage
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and CRM discipline

Strategic Market Development

  • Define and execute country strategies (Tier 1: UK & France)
  • Develop key accounts within MoD, Armed Forces, Police, and HLS agencies
  • Identify high-value opportunities and framework agreements

Partner Ecosystem

  • Recruit, structure, and activate system integrators and distributors
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships
  • Drive partner-led growth in Benelux and Iberia

Government & Institutional Sales

  • Navigate complex procurement processes
  • Lead RFI / RFP engagements
  • Represent the company at industry and defense events

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Presales and Product teams
  • Support field trials and technical evaluations
  • Provide structured market feedback to leadership


 

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Defense, Homeland Security (HLS), or Government sales
  • Proven experience selling into Ministries of Defence, Armed Forces, Police, or Government Agencies
  • Strong understanding of complex public procurement processes
  • Experience owning quota and delivering multi-million € revenue targets
  • Ability to manage multi-country territories
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Western Europe
  • Fluency in English (required)
  • French strongly preferred
  • Former military or Homeland Security background – Big advantage
  • Established network within Western European defense or security ecosystem- Big advantage
  • Experience engaging senior operational and procurement stakeholders- Big advantage

Nice to Have

  • German language skills
  • Technical understanding of RF, C-UAS, electronic warfare, ISR, or air defense systems
  • Experience supporting field trials or operational demonstrations
