We are seeking a talented and experienced New Product Introduction (at least 2–5 years of relevant experience) to join our small and highly skilled team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality “gatekeeper,” ensuring that new products are designed for manufacturability and meet all regulatory and customer standards before mass production.

In this role, you will:

• Technical focal point between R&D, Design Engineering, and Production, drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Lead NPI activities from prototype through mass production
• Manage Production testing, yields and failure analysis to ensure production continuity.
• Maintain the product files, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical specifications.
• Support production line bring-up, prototype builds, production ramp, and testing reports.
• Interface with contract manufacturers (EMS) and key suppliers.
• Support sourcing decisions, second sourcing, and cost-reduction initiatives
• Define critical-to-quality features and establish First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, including visual aids and work instructions for QC inspectors.
• Lead internal and external ISO audits to comply with global standards.
