We are looking for a Sales Director for India with experience in Defense and/or Homeland Security (HLS) to drive growth, establish strategic partnerships, and expand Sentrycs’ footprint across the region.

 

Responsibilities

·        Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within Defense, HLS, and multidisciplinary security markets.

·        Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage distributors, system integrators, and strategic partners in your territory.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, end users, and decision-makers in governmental and commercial organizations.

·        Own and manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure.

·        Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline and forecast.

·        Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.

·        Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer engagement.

·        Provide regular pipeline, forecast, and activity reports to senior management.

Requirements

·        7+ years of experience in sales within the Defense, Homeland Security, or related security markets.

·        Fluent English (spoken and written).

·        Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·        Proven ability to build long-term relationships with partners and customers.

·        Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to Have

·        Background in military, law enforcement, or governmental security organizations (e.g. former Armed Forces, Police, Border Guard, or Security Services).

·        Technical background or strong technical affinity, ideally related to UAS, counter-UAS, RF, sensors, or defense technologies.

·        Experience working with international partners, distributors, and public-sector procurement processes.
