We are looking for an experienced Operations& Procurement Manager  to own and lead key operational areas across the company, including procurement, vendors, offices & infrastructure, and compliance. 

The roleworks closely with all budget owners, and other stakeholders across the organization and reports directly to the CFO


Responsibilities :

Procurement & Vendors 

  • Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, and purchase orders.  
  • Manage local and global suppliers and subcontractors, including electronic and mechanical components, equipment, and services.  
  • Drive cost optimization, commercial improvements, and supplier performance.  


Operations & Infrastructure 

  • Own the budgetand central contracts for the company’s offices and infrastructure in Israel and abroad, including leases, office moves, and expansions, warehouses, parking, and maintenance and manage costs against plan 
  • Manage operational vendors, service providers, contracts, and ongoing commercial relationships. 

Safety, Compliance & Regulation 

  • Own and lead the company’s safety function, including managing the external safety consultant. 
  • Oversee workplace safety, safety procedures, inspections, fire safety, and safety committee activities. 
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, regulatory requirements, and relevant ISO standards. 
  • Ensure all required processes, documentation, and certifications are maintained and up to date. 

 



 

 

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Procurement and Operations, preferably within a technology, electronics, defense, or multidisciplinary hardware company.  
  • Strong experience in procurement, vendor management, contracts, and commercial negotiations.  
  • Experience working with electronic/mechanical components, manufacturers, and subcontractors.  
  • Experience managing offices, infrastructure, and operational service providers.  
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, project management, and execution skills.  
  • Highly independent, hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.  
  • Previous management experience – an advantage.  
  • Experience with ERP systems – an advantage.  
  • Excellent English, written and verbal.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field – an advantage.
