We are seeking a talented and experienced Fullstack Team Leader to join our highly skilled team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of talented developers working on our cutting-edge counter-drone web platform.
- Design and implement end-to-end features using modern technologies.
- Own the team’s delivery, code quality, and development processes.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX, QA, and other R&D teams.
- Mentor and guide engineers on both technical and professional growth.
- Play a key role in architecture decisions and contribute to continuous improvement in development methodology and system design.
- Balance hands-on development (up to 30%) with team leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- 7+ years of experience in software development.
- 3+ years in a team leadership role.
- Experience with backend development in Python and MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Proven ability to lead projects from concept to production.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for innovation, ownership, and continuous learning
