About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Director to join our dynamic team in the US. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, executing partnerships with Strategic system integrators, and expanding market presence to new segments via partners. The Business Development Director will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to achieve organizational objectives and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Execution Planning:

  • Implement a comprehensive business development plan aligned with the company's overall objectives and management goal. planning and executing the plan based on the partnership infrastructure
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for potential growth and plan go to market with the relevant partners

Market Expansion:

  • Lead initiatives to expand the company's market presence in the US and capture new business opportunities both in fed and states
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business expansion

Partnership Development and Business Plan Execution:

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and technical that enhance the company's product and solution offerings
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
  • Execute partners business plans generating new business and technological development

Partners Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Address client needs and concerns in a proactive and effective manner

Risk Management:

  • Assess and manage risks associated with business development activities, implementing strategies to mitigate potential challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • 6-8 years of proven experience in business development in the US market at defense segment, with a focus on local system integrators and executing business plan
  • Demonstrated success in achieving management goals
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships
  • Security clearance advantage
