We are looking for an energetic, service-oriented Office Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Tel Aviv office.

You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional workplace while supporting employees, visitors, and the day-to-day operations of a growing company.

What you’ll do

Workplace & Office Management

  • Be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests, creating a welcoming and professional office environment.
  • Manage the reception area and oversee the day-to-day front desk operations.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, office schedules, and ensure meeting spaces are always ready for use.
  • Manage office vendors, supplies, kitchen, equipment, and workplace services.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and work closely with building management and external service providers.
  • Ensure the office is fully operational and supports employees’ day-to-day needs.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and operational expenses related to office activities.
  • Support office logistics, deliveries, shipments, and administrative coordination as needed.


HR & Executive Support

  • Support the HR team with employee activities, internal events, and selected HR initiatives as needed.
  • Assist with cross-functional HR projects and administrative tasks from time to time.
  • Provide calendar coordination and scheduling support for senior executives, including complex meetings, when needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or in a similar role, in a high-tech company.
  • Proven experience managing day-to-day office operations in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong service orientation with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
  • High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree – advantage.
